For process optimization in the field of agriculture a permanent control of the mass flow and the directly provided analysis results are essential. At the same time these measurements should not affect the process and should keep down the costs. The modern Infrared-spectroscopy enables the measurement of organic substances in agricultural products through optical technology. Passing the sensor head the flowing mass is measured without touching, just by observation. The results of the analysis are presented directly in digital format and may used for displaying, controlling or saving.
Because of the contact-free measurement the whole technique is wearless and very low-maintenance. Taking sample and sending it for analysis into a laboratory is not necessary in runtime operation anymore as well as idle time for the results. For the first time it is possible to control and efficiently use the whole process chain in agriculture from harvesting, controlling the biogas plant til bringing the biological mass back to the field. So the installation of the TENIRS-System amortizes within short period of time.
