m·u·t’s pulse laser modules are based on IR-laser diodes from 805 nm to 1550 nm. All of them have outstanding quality parameters and a power management that ensure a long life time of the laser diode and a high output at the same time.

S30 series – the tiny ones
The S30 pulse-laser modules have extremely compact outline dimensions. Therefore the adaptation to existing applications is fairly easy. A + 5 V low power supply and a TTL- trigger signal are needed to get precisely defined laser pulses. Four standard types with different pulse and wavelength with an optical output power from 7 W up to 60 W are available. Optionally, an output for APD can be used.
M10 series – the high-power ones
The M10 series modules have a very high optical output power of up to 250 W and can handle extreme short pulses. With their compact outline dimensions, adaptation to existing applications is fairly easy. A + 12 V power supply and a TTL trigger signal are needed to get precisely defined laser pulses. Four standard types with different pulse and wavelength are available with an optical output power from 20 W up to 250 W.
S10 series – the universal ones
The S10 pulse laser module family covers a broad range of adjustable parameters in combination with easy and proof operability. Pulse duration and pulse power can be adjusted externally via a control voltage. A single supply voltage of only 12 Volts is needed. The gate driven versions allow the modulation of the optical output.
