The TRISTAN^® spectrograph is the optical engine used in all TRISTAN^® versions.

The spectrograph comes as a completely configured optical device. Slit, grating and detector are already integrated and calibrated. Connected to your electronic board spectrograph you achieve the same optical performance as with any TRISTAN^® spectrometer made by m·u·t.

The only output of the TRISTAN^® spectrograph is the original data interface from the detector. There are no electronics added by m·u·t. This gives the developer direct access to the analog information from the detector.

The core components make the spectrograph ideally suited for almost any OEM application. m·u·t is specialized in developing photonics solutions based on customer specifications. We are well prepared to support any peripheral technology besides the optical engine. Electronic boards, power supply, housings, software ... everything is possible.

The TRISTAN^® Spectrograph for the range from 200nm up to 1100nm is equipped with a back thinned CCD array 2048x14 pixel. It is available in four pre-configured spectral ranges and can be customized to your requirements very easily.

The TRISTAN^® Spectrograph-NIR for the spectral range from 900nm up to 2200nm is available with different InGaAS-detectors for the ranges 900nm – 1700nm and 1100nm – 2200nm, both of them with 512 pixels.
